1. Plant Size and Price

Plant Site:
Our tree peonies are classified as division plants and grafting plants. The grafting plants are 1-3 years with 1-3 branches. The division plants are two year old or older with multiple branching stems and very strong root system. The division plants have higher survival rate, will develop in a shapely form, and have an excellent flowering habit.
Our herbaceous peonies are 2 to 4 years with 1 to 6 buds or more.

Plants Price:
The list price including rinse, sterilization, anti-preachment, package, immunity, customs, no Including international shipping cost. All price that are quoted on the website are in USD.
Discount:
50-100 plants, 5% discount off; 100-500 plants, 10% discount off; 500-1000 plants, 15% discount off; Over 1000 plants, 20% to more discount off.

2. Quality Guarantee

1. The varieties of nursery stock are pure.
2. The size can be decided according with demand.
3. The growth is healthy and strong.
4. The plants are free of quarantine object including plant diseases and insect pests.
5. They can pass the quarantine and inspection.
6. All our plants are guaranteed to be true to name and to grow the first spring. Whether any reason that your purchase isn't satisfactory, please return the order within 15 days. We will gladly replace it, we¡¯ll refund your all payment for goods, and give you a 100% credit. If few plants fail to grow the first spring, we will replace them outright the next planting season. This guarantee is only for the retail shipments. We expect that you read the "planting and care". We cannot be responsible for plant loss due to indisposed weather conditions or unmerited planting and care.

3. Order Time and Way

Order Time:
The fall is the best time to plant tree and herbaceous peonies. We take orders all the year. But you¡¯d better to order tree peony and herbaceous peony beforehand 15-days than the supply time. For those orders that come in late for this year's planting, we will ship it to you the next planting season.

You can place an order in one of following ways:

Minimum order:
Should be more than 20 plants or valued above 100 US dollar. For the reason we need to dig up trim, deal with medicine treatment, package, immune, customs and export license.

Wholesale:
We sell by wholesale to nurseries, garden centers, growers, and landscape contractors. The wholesale prices are only available for a qualified company. Please fax or e-mail us for our wholesale price list.

4. Shipping Charge

We ship our plants by air, by sea or by airmail according to your order for goods.

1. For international retail shipments by airmail, the charge of 2-3 years grafting plant and as follow:
North America ---- The minimum shipping charge for 10 plants is $70.0. 11-50 plants, add $4.5 for each.;50-300 plants, add $3.0 for each. Above 300 plants, add $2.5 for each.
South America ---- The minimum shipping charge for 10 plants is $115.0. 11-50 plants, add $7.0 for each. 50-300 plants, add $5.5 for each. Above 300 plants, add $5.0 for each.
Western Europe ---- The minimum shipping charge for 10 plants is $75.00. 11-50 plants, add $4.5 for each.;50-300 plants, add $3.0 for each. Above 300 plants, add $2.5 for each
Eastern Europe ---- The minimum shipping charge for 10 plants is $120.0. 11-50 plants, add $8.0 for each.;50-300 plants, add $6.0 for each. Above 300 plants, add $5.5 for each
Australia ----The minimum shipping charge for 10 plants is $60.00. 11-50 plants, add $4.5 for each.;50-300 plants, add $3.0 for each. Above 300 plants, add $2.5 for each.
Japan, Korea ---- The minimum shipping charge for 10 plants is $50.00. 11-50 plants, add $2.5 for each.;50-300 plants, add $2.0 for each. Above 300 plants, add $1.7 for each.

2. For international wholesale can shipping plants passing customs by air or by sea. The goods are transported the ports appointed by customers.
By air: $1.5-3.0 each plant;
By sea: $0.2-0.5 each plant;
we will work out its charge according to your order. We will quote you CIF price in order to your demands.
After receiving your online order, email, fax or mail, we will calculate the shipping cost and contact you as soon for the best payment way.

5. Payment

Payment Time:

When you order or no later than 15 days before supply.
If order value is less than 1000 US dollars, you should once pay the money including shipping charge. If order value more than 1000 US dollars, you can prepay 50% deposit and all shipping charge, pay 30% on delivery, and pay off the remainder in 15 days after the goods arrive. Or send a L/C to us in more than 15 days before the time of goods being prepared.

Payment Ways:

US dollars or other international interchangeable currency. For some reasons, we can¡¯t accept VISA, MasterCard or other credit cards at present.
We accept international money order or check or cash, or clients could remit money through bank. Please contact us for best way.

6. Packing Way

For export, We ship bare-root plants in hard carton box. Packing with moss or other eligible humidity material.
For domestic market it is packed with bare root or soil ball in the boxes or in bags. and use some wet material supplementary.

7. Shipping Way and Time

Transport Way:
We ship our plants by air, by sea or by airmail according to your ordered quantity..
Usually, below 300 plants by express air mail. If you adopt Express Mail, the plants will be sent to your door directly, and will not deliver to a post office box number, no import duties.
If ship plants by air or by sea, In order to smoothly passing customs and satisfying customers, customers must tell us the concerned requirement of yourself and name of arrive port and your country before supply. We will supply the goods strictly according with it.

Delivery Time:
In generally for export, the supply time of tree peony and herbaceous peony are Sep. to Dec. in a year. But except special condition; of course, herbaceous peony can be supply all the year. The Supply Time can be consulted.
By airmail, can be arrive within 7-10 days; By sea, can be arrived within 20-30 days.

Attention:
When find that there are supply mistake or quality question (e.g. variety, specification and quality don't accord with the order demand, and plants become mildewed or dried-up, etc.) and that the supply time clearly is delayed, please request the local commodity inspection department etc. which is approved by international trade dispute settlement organization, offer certificate or evidence, we will give compensation for the loss or ask the related department for compensation.
If that the goods appear question are because of the reason of buyer yourself (for example, order and remittance not be timely or treatment not proper, etc.), we don't assume the responsibility.

8. Certificate

Including certificate of immune, documents of cargo ,invoice, the certificate of ¡°Luoyang peony original habitat protection marking¡±, the grade certificate of"the Luoyang peony seedling standard".
Certificates are available. Please provide the recipient's name and address. A tree peony is a special gift. It will give you more enjoyment each year as the plant grows.
The following documents would be attached in the No 1 Box: plant genus, species, color, code list of cargo, certificate for immune or copy of documents of shipment.
